q       Two Proofs of Broward County Residence (see below)

q       Original Health and Immunization Forms (Yellow & Blue – due at time of registration or within one week of the child reading the age of 5 for students entering Kindergarten)

q       Copy of 2^nd Quarter 2006-2007  Report Card (for students entering first through fifth grade)

q       Copy of current health insurance card

q       Copy of final report card to be delivered to the Somerset Academy campus registered no later than June 30, 2007

Age Requirement 

Kindergarten:                                                  Children who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2007 shall be eligible for admission to kindergarten

First Grade:                                                  ·  Children who will be 6 years old on or before September 1, 2007 and who have been enrolled in a public school
                                                                       shall be eligible for admission to first grade.

                  ·  Students who have completed kindergarten in a private school AND who are 6 years old on or before September 1,
                      2006 shall be eligible for admission to first grade.  A letter from the private school stating satisfactory completion of
                      kindergarten must be presented at time of registration.
